This last weekend we found a tiny little part of lake access that is very far from home, well about 30 mins from home - much further then the 3 mile away access we once enjoyed...but we will take it. It is better than nothing. Andy was happy to finally find a place to get into the water after driving around looking for miles and miles. While standing in the water he saw a turtle come up to the surface about 15 feet in front of him. There are so many turtles there, and they are pretty cute. The last picture is of the yards of some lucky ducks who live on the lake and see the beautiful view every morning when they wake up.

i think youre a lucky duck to be able to want to go outside in your swimsuit! im glad you were able to find somewhere...even if it was far away. i just found out that alma hates turtles!! he thinks theyre disgusting and i think thats pretty hilarious.
Hey guys, 30 min. away isn't THAT bad! Way to keep looking... it sure looks like a nice place. I'm totally jealous of those people who live right on the lakeshore!
